HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
To return an item, please email customer service at support@phytofamily.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging.
Include your proof of purchase (the original packing slip, or a printout of your order) and write the RMA Number on it.
Please note you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use USPS Priority Mail to return your item so you get a tracking number. Discourse Marketing is not responsible for returned items that are lost in the mail.

REFUND TERMS
Returns are valid within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Drops must be sealed with their protective heat shrink band.
Due to the consumable nature of our products, once an item is returned it cannot be used or sold again. After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item for us to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
If your product has been opened or used, we will work with you to resolve the issue.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
